Sign in, open Seller Membership and choose an available plan. Complete the relevant seller verification steps before using features that require approval.

In the seller area, open the product form. Enter the product name, category, subcategory and demo link, then provide the required product information and files. Submit the listing for review.

The product form recommends a featured image of 1180 × 600 pixels in JPEG, PNG or WebP format. Keep the image clear and representative of the product.

Only list products that you have the legal right to distribute. Make sure you own the content or have the necessary permission, and respect third-party licenses and intellectual property rights.

Buying products does not require a seller membership. To access seller features, choose a suitable membership plan. Plan prices, durations and limits are shown before purchase.

No. Adding funds only increases your wallet balance. Return to the membership checkout and confirm payment to activate your membership.

Open Seller Membership to check your end date and renewal status. Automatic renewal is only active when an authorised recurring payment is in place. You can turn off automatic renewal where offered; your paid access continues to its end date.

Check the payment status in your seller membership area. A pending payment is not an active membership. Do not make a duplicate payment while confirmation is pending.

Sign in to your dashboard. Use Wallet, Deposit History and Transactions to review the available balance and recorded activity.

Open Withdraw, choose an available method and enter the amount. Review the displayed limits, processing charge and receivable amount before confirming. Seller payout verification may also be required.

The seller verification area allows you to submit an identity document and payout account details for manual review. Account approval is separate from purchasing seller membership.

Use the password reset option on the login page, follow the email instructions and set a new password. Never send your password to anyone.

Use Contact Us or your support tickets to describe the problem. Include the purchase code, relevant details and any error messages, but never share passwords or full payment credentials.

Contact support with the product link, the reason for your report and any relevant evidence. Do not send sensitive personal data that is not needed to investigate the issue.
