2. Personal information we collect

Sellers may also provide business details, identification documents and payout-account information. Payment providers process card data; do not send card numbers or passwords to support.

4. Accounts, purchases, and sellers
We process registration details, order records, invoices and download permissions to operate accounts and complete purchases. Sellers may be manually checked using identification and payout-account ownership evidence, limited to authorized personnel. Only information needed for transactions, support and disputes should be shared between the parties.
5. Payments and wallet transactions
Payment providers may receive the data needed for authorizations, chargebacks, refunds and compliance. We retain transaction references, amounts and statuses, not full card details in support requests. Wallet and payout data are used for balances, seller memberships and withdrawals. 6. Support, messages, and reviews
We use support tickets, messages, attachments and purchase information to answer questions. Reviews and public seller profiles may be visible to others; do not post sensitive data. Essential service messages support account administration. Marketing messages are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Necessary cookies may support logins, security, language preferences and the cart. Nonessential analytics or advertising technologies are subject to valid consent where required.
